New work order
Date and time are stamped automatically when you create the order.
Open work orders
Every open order across the portfolio. Click a column to sort, click a row to update or close it.
Recurring work orders
Set an order up once and a fresh copy is created every period, until you change its timing, pause it, or delete it. Orders it already created are never touched.

Lists
The choices in the Building, Asset ID, Vendor and Property manager boxes. Asset and vendor IDs can be edited right in the table. Removing one takes it out of the dropdowns; work orders that already use it keep it.

Roof age by tenant for each shopping center. Click a roof label to edit it, or a storefront to see what's over it.
